Qualifications of Teachers

All of our Teachers in Grade K-8 have one or more of the following requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject.

• Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience.

• Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects. Pre-K experience and certifications would not meet this requirement.

Zion Lutheran School is a parentally placed private school. Any student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA), as amended.
